"My journey so far in Pedal Prix has been fun whilst being painful, we have done C25K (couch to 5km), spin classes on the bikes at Maisha Fitness. We have had some laughs along the way and have also have done workouts in the classroom on rainy mornings. We have experienced sore muscles from pushing a little too hard, but we know that it is just a sign that we are improving." "I feel pretty good considering this is my first year going to Pedal Prix. The thing that I would say that I am most scared about is being flipped during the race at Murray Bridge." "Some personal goals that I have for myself are; to not get flipped, to see an improvement in my fitness and running, and lastly to build strong relationships with my classmates whilst over in Murray Bridge." Samuel Prime "I started Pedal Prix last year because Mr. Fraser thought that since I could run well, that I would be good at riding in the Pedal Prix cars. Pedal Prix is not only being able to ride a bike, but having the commitment to come to training, to participate and help out where you can and not just sit around doing nothing." "My personal goal is to beat my last achievement of 18 laps and just generally do better than last year. I think I will do better than I did last year, as I'll be more experienced than my first time." "What I'm looking forward to is to see who will be able to get the fastest lap for our team. Tip to new riders is to pace yourself; don't go too hard, but make sure you push yourself."
