9/18/2019 1 Comment Fitness PreparationFrom the beginning of Term 1 aerobic conditioning was prioritized and developed as part of our weekly routines. 5km running, working through wet conditions with alternative indoor programs and developing muscular endurance on the spin bikes has been a key focus. Here is a small video of the type of training the team has performed. Tonight we leave for Whyalla, before heading to Murray Bridge where the race is held.
